- Each day begins with a thorough check of outstanding invoices.
- You work accurately and are critical of our data exchanged with clients.

- This may be over the phone, where you use your excellent communication skills to discuss late payments in a friendly but clear manner. Sometimes a written reminder is more effective, and again you manage this with an eye for detail and professionalism.
